The Austrian Parkinson Society (ÖPG) deals with Parkinson’s disease, atypical Parkinson’s syndromes, as well as other movement diseases such as dystonia, chorea, tremor, tics and myoclonus. The goals of the ÖPG are research into these diseases, medical education and training, information for doctors about current events and developments, and the improvement of medical and psychosocial care for patients.
