Bulgarian Society of Pediatrics Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (BULSPGHAN) is a voluntary, politically and socially independent non-profit association of individuals or legal entities that meet the conditions set out in this Constitution. and from the provisions of the Non-profit Legal Entities Act and the current Bulgarian legislation. The aim of the Association is to support the dissemination of knowledge in the field of pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition, to stimulate research in the same field and to disseminate this knowledge through meetings and in other ways. The tasks of the Association are as follows: - To assist, encourage and support the development of research in the field of pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition - To develop and promote the highest standards in the practice of modern achievements of pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition - To assist in raising the professional level of its members through improvement and specialization in Bulgaria and abroad - To represent the interests of its members and those of the association before related Bulgarian or foreign organizations to expand contacts and cooperation with them - To conduct information policy or other appropriate activity to promote the goals, objectives and activities of the association in the country and abroad - To develop mutually beneficial cooperation with foundations, organizations, scientific societies or other associations with similar goals and objectives - To organize independently or to assist in the organization of congresses, symposia, workshops on the problems of pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition.
