The French Pediatric Society (or) Société Française de Pédiatrie is the learned society of pediatricians working in private practice, in hospital, in medico-social services or in clinics. The major objectives of this Learned Society are as follows: • Promote all initiatives in favor of child and adolescent health • Promote collaboration and exchanges between pediatricians of the different modes of exercise • Contribute to the reflection on the initial and continuing training of pediatricians and general practitioners • Promote research • Promote equal access to quality care and carry out information and prevention actions • Establish a reference body for the public authorities • Represent French pediatrics abroad and develop international exchanges
