The mission of the Hungarian Association of Pediatricians, founded in 1924, is based on the voluntary social work of its members, to promote -constantly raising the standard of pediatrics and child health - the practical use of the results of science - making Hungarian research results as widely known as possible - the development and practical implementation of a long-term social program of health preservation in the field of pediatrics - in the field of pediatrics, the formation of public opinion, quick and professional information, also using mass communication tools.
