Japanese Society of Neuropathology (JSNP) was established in 1966 with a mission to provide knowledge and information for making highly reliable clinical pathological diagnosis, and to promote neuropathology as a medical field. They are firmly recognize and act on the four cores of diagnosis, research, education, and society. JSNP is working to develop specialists in clinical neuropathology: certified physicians. The annual academic meeting holds a program: Core Curriculum Education Seminar to learn the basics of neuropathology. The Japanese Society of Neuropathology will continue to do its utmost to help people with neuropsychiatric disorders in cooperation with academic members, research institutes such as related academic societies and universities, and related companies.
