Pediatric Association of the Netherlands (or) Nederlandse Vereniging voor Kindergenees (NVK) stands up for the health of children and represents the interests of pediatricians. It aims to promote the quality of care for sick and healthy children from birth to adulthood (18 years). The NVK gives shape to its objective by means of quality promotion, (further) training, advocacy and scientific research. These are the four pillars of the NVK.
